This chocolate bar is made with vibrant passion fruit and fine cacao sourced from Bhonacao, Dominican Republic.
The cacao comes from the Bhonacao farm in the southwest region of the Dominican Republic, close to the Caribbean sea where fertile soils and a tropical climate develop beans with naturally fruity complexity. Paired with bright passion fruit, the chocolate becomes refreshing, aromatic, and elegantly balanced.
Tasting notes: tropical fruit, citrus acidity, cocoa honey sweetness.
