This chocolate bar is made with locally sourced macadamia from La Loma Macadamia
The cacao used for this chocolate comes from the "Las Berenjenas" farm from Valdez Cacao, a small cacao producer in the Duarte region. The farm was acquired by the Valdez family in 1963 and has approximately 22,000 cacao trees.
The tasting notes of this chocolate are caramel and nuts.
