Inspired by jalao, a traditional Dominican dessert made with coconut and ginger, this bar delivers a bold, tropical experience. The deep cacao flavors blend perfectly with the warm spice and sweet coconut.
The cacao used for this chocolate comes from Finca Valdez, a family-owned farm cultivating fine-quality cacao since 1963.
