Coffee & Sea Salt 65% Finca Elvesia

This chocolate bar is made with specialty coffee from Casa Barista, a single-origin coffee roaster in Santo Domingo and Sea Salt.

The cacao used for this chocolate comes from Finca Elvesia, a plantation located in the northeastern part of the Dominican Republic which was established in the 19th century. It became the largest cacao plantation in the Caribbean and had even its own railroad system for the transportation of the cacao to the port.

The tasting notes of this chocolate are dried fruits, caramel and nuts.
