This two-ingredient chocolate bar is made with cacao from the Mallano cacao plantation, which is located in El Rejon in the province of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. It was founded in 1931 and is still a family business. 2011, Cacao Mallano won the Internationl Cocoa Award and was selected as one of the 20 best cacaos in the world in 2019.
The tasting notes of this chocolate are dried and red fruits.
